Texas Cable Pros was founded in 2022 by Sean Scholten after years of running jobs for bigger firms and watching the same pattern play out: oversold scopes, crews that had never met each other, and a customer left holding the bag when something didn't work three months later.
"The whole model of the big guys is wrong. You can't sell a relationship and subcontract it out. So we stopped trying."
Today TCP is a small, tight crew based in Fort Worth, doing low-voltage work across the entire DFW metroplex — network cabling, WiFi, AV, VoIP, POS, emergency service. We're intentionally not trying to be the biggest. We're trying to be the one you call back.
Every job is run by Sean or a tech Sean has personally trained. Every drop is tested. Every rack is labeled. Every quote is fixed-bid. And every customer gets the same phone number for the rest of time — not a ticket portal.
